//The Way Tuesdays Were Meant To Be
I spent the entire day with my wife and soulmate Missy.
She had a rough morning and since we were both off today I packed her up and the two of us made a day of it.
We went to the library and picked up some new reading material then headed to the nearby lake where we sat reading our books and soaking up the sun (i.e., did a lot of sweating) all afternoon.
Then we headed over to one of our favorite restaurants, Tasty Tacos, for some of their world locally famous flour tacos. I know I said today was going to be a fast day but I knew Tasty Tacos would cheer her up so the fast got bumped to tomorrow.
After tacos we went and saw The Bourne Ultimatum. Very intense. Very good. Missy and I give it two thumbs up.
I had the best day with my best friend. We’ve been to hell and back that woman and I and, cliche or not, I love her more today than the day I married her 28 years ago. She really is my world. I don’t believe in God but I believe in her.
Yep… today was a good day. Love ya Miss.
